SlotWin24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account request submitted through the self-exclusion programme.
• Decisions made by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

You may also voluntarily close your account by contacting the SlotWin24 support team. Any valid funds remaining in your account will be returned to your original payment method once the review process is complete, typically within 3–5 business days.

SlotWin24 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running 24/7 without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical disruptions.
